The project is situated in a beautiful, calm location right on the foothill of the ski area Skipark Ružomberok. The houses are located in the vicinity of lower cabin cableway stop in the slop lining the bank of the Hrabovo Lake.

Skipark Ružomberok
SKI PARK Ružomberok Ružomberok is situated at the slopes of Veľká Fatra over the town of Ružomberok 545-1209 metres above sea level. Ski Park Ružomberok is well known for its excellent geographic location, as the town of Ružomberok lies on the main tourist highway Žilina – High Tatra Mountains.
It is a desired resting place not only for domestic visitors, but also for foreign tourists. It is one of the most modern centres in Slovakia, with high standard services, service programme and customer guidance.
The centre is accessible through urban area Hrabovo (only 1km away from the town centre). There is a modern eight-seated cabin cableway leading from Hrabovo to Malinô Brdo. The cableway is 1770m long and carries 1,500 persons per hour. Right in the middle of the centre there is a four-seater cableway, 2 ski-lifts and 4 ski-lifts for beginners and children. Interesting events and competitions for whole families are held here during weekends and holidays (snow tubing – riding a special rubber tire, ice tower – for those who wish to try basic rock-climbing, various ski competitions, snow park for children, etc.).
There are 12km of downhill tracks in the centre. The longest is 3,900m long and gets over a vertical interval of 698m. It is the oldest artificially snowed ski slope in Slovakia.
High transport capacities of transportation facilities guarantee minimum waiting periods and comfortable skiing even during days of peak attendance.
Ski park neighbourhood offers excellent opportunities for ski running and hiking. Among attractive destinations count wooden village Vlkolínec (UNESCO), Sidorovo ring and “fairy-tale” winter crossing to Smrekovica.
In the whole Ski park area there are several catering establishments and refreshment bars, which offer fast-feeding directly on the slope.
