Project characteristics
The company Czech Property Investments, a.s. (thereinafter “CPI“) intends to execute the project „Hrabovo apartments“ (thereinafter “Project“) in the vicinity of ski area Hrabovo in the town of Ružomberok. The project will be carried by a 100% subsidiary company CPI Slovakia, a. s.
The purpose of the project is to build up seven apartment houses for recreation and year-round relaxation in magnificent surroundings of Skipark Hrabovo in the town of Ružomberok. Apartment houses are located in vicinity of lower Skipark cabin cableway stop along the bank of a small lake, in a beautiful and calm location.
Total capacity of the project is the construction of 139 housing units. The houses are nearly identical, except for some moderate differences caused by the location in the landscape; their conception of internal structure and pattern of apartments is the same. Each house with four elevated storeys contains 20 apartments. The area of the apartments varies from 27 m2 (1+eating nook) to 103 m2 (above standard 3+eating nook situated in the attic with preparation for fire-place).
Each house has 10 underground parking places located on the first sublevel of the house. There are also external covered or open parking places, which are situated next to the house.
Each apartment has its own stockroom and almost all of them have a balcony. The accommodation standard is adjusted to the target utilization – pleasant spending of free time. Apartments are equipped with kitchen unit. A lift in the house is a matter of course.
