Characteristic
The company Czech Property Investments, a.s. (thereinafter “CPI“) intends to execute the project “Hrabovo apartments“ (thereinafter “Project“) in the vicinity of ski area Hrabovo in the town of Ružomberok. The project will be carried by a 100% subsidiary company CPI Slovakia, a. s.
Description of location
The project is situated in a beautiful, calm location right on the foothill of the ski area Skipark Ružomberok. The houses are located in the vicinity of lower cabin cableway stop in the slop lining the bank of the Hrabovo Lake.
