The Hrabovo resort apartments will be managed by a trust company established for this purpose. Purchasing an apartment makes individual clients owners and gives them a share in common areas. For our clients’ comfort and convenience, the trust company provides comprehensive services in running residential units (an apartment owner association) and providing services (a system for occupying apartments).
In cooperation with owners, we have created in your block a “unit board” of owner representatives, with whose help we will be managing your block. This board represents you and the other owners, initiates discussion on directing activities in your block and supervises management activities. Members of the unit board are regularly informed about financial movements in your service and repair and maintenance fund accounts, reconcile payments of supplier invoices, consult with management on how to improve the economics of running your block and can have an overview of your block’s account made available by regularly forwarding printouts or with electronic banking or e-mail.
The financial department keeps detailed records of owner payments and expenses, issues advance receipts for individual services, posts individual payments, settles incoming supplier invoices, reviews costs for individual services, checks whether individual owners are up to date in their payments and at year end accounts for advance payments made by each owner.
A technician on staff regularly checks a block’s operating and technical state by physically inspecting common areas, common equipment and the block’s fixtures. He reviews supplier activities and the quality of cleaning work, ensures professional inspections and testing of technical equipment (electricity, lighting rods, gas, lifts, etc.) according to a prepared timetable. He lays out long-term and short-term repairs, oversees the elimination of any problems discovered during professional inspections and tests and guarantees and submits price quotes for individual work.

The trust company will lease year round, based on a contract with the apartment owners. Our aim is to maximize the value of your investment and guarantee problem-free and above-standard living in the apartments. There will be a central reception at your disposal at the Hrabovo resort apartments with qualified staff available 24 hours a day. An apartment owner can decide whether they want to occupy the apartment themselves or make use of professional staff to take care of comprehensive services.
